A Visit to Cathay Pacific Catering Services

Twenty members visited the Cathay Pacific Catering Services on 13 January and toured the technologically advanced facilities to get an up-close view and understanding of high-quality inflight catering preparation. The facilities, which feature such items as omelette-making machines, titling braising machines and automatic tray-setting machine, help simplify manual procedures and ensure high-quality meal preparation.
